Anti-theft

CubusArticus is a locked system. It can be equipped with security locks of various classes. The thick steel walls are manufactured and installed in such a way that it is impossible to break in and thus steal the works. In addition, the Cubus can be connected to a remote monitoring system.

The Cubus can be coupled with your alarm system. When you arm it, the presentation openings close automatically and the artworks disappear behind the secure sliding doors.
Effective protection against theft is thus guaranteed!

Fire protection

The system has excellent protection against fire and fires.
The outer skin can be filled with fire-retardant material so that CubusArticus can withstand a certain temperature for a certain time.

In addition, temperature and smoke sensors can be located at various points within the cube. The sensors are designed to be redundant. Optionally, fires inside can be immediately smothered by an automatic CO2 extinguishing system. This keeps your works of art safe from fire.

Of course, connection to a remote monitoring system is also possible here.

Protection against vandalism

CubusArticus is a locked system. Intrusion is not possible for outsiders. The thick steel walls are clad with concrete-look facade panels. In case of destruction by e.g. vandalism, these panels can be easily replaced.

In the "stand-alone" version of the Cubus, an impact-resistant polycarbonate window can be fitted in front of the presentation opening.

The system can be coupled with your alarm system. When you arm it, the presentation openings close automatically and the artworks disappear behind the secure sliding doors.
This effectively prevents destruction.

Long-term protection with the right climate

CubusArticus can be equipped with an air conditioning unit on request. This, together with the sensors for humidity and temperature, ensures that the right climate always prevails. If the values fall outside a certain range, an alarm is automatically given.

Thus, your works are properly stored for a long time and their value is sustainably secured.

Safety in case of power failure

In some areas of our planet there are always temporary power failures. To ensure that you are safe even there, an emergency power battery can be installed in CubusArticus. This battery provides enough energy that the Cubus can be safely closed.

If the power fails, the presented image is moved inside and the doors close. The system also moves into a "safety" position. Inside, all drives are secured so that no problems occur when the system is restarted.

If you have installed an air conditioner, the air conditioning can still be maintained for a certain time.

In addition, the system remains "online" and is still connected to the remote monitoring system.

Protection from water

When we talk about protection against water, we think primarily of extinguishing water or foam, which is used in a building fire.
The outer skin of CubusArticus can be made watertight. This means that the Cubus can be exposed to water for several hours, e.g. for cooling.
